SC ATR CONSTRUCT SRL is a construction company with main activity in substructure construction of the Romanian state.

Company has a good state market name and this because until today offered the best service to his clients , suppliers, and giving all the time the best price and obligations respect in front of any of them. All the signed contract are rights and all the company’s actions   are in base of them , company has too subcontractors in main way and construction’s pertains The strategy of the company is realistic in any process of the work in short or long time projects. About the image for the company have invest a big part and in this base was signed many contracts of state works constructions like direct constructor or sub constructor or partner construction (mixed companies).

The company has all ready cooperation with others companies like, TECHIC ASIST SRL/BOTOSANI, CIFRUT S.A. /BAIA MARE, C&V LOREMAR SRL/SATU MARE, FERUM SRL/SATU MARE . This cooperation is the base the last year to signing contracts with big amounts and special constructions projects in civil market and industry or roads constructions projects.

Company’s personnel with work contract in base of the registration books of the company was on june  of 2008 67 persons. From them 6% was in administration work , 85% was in productive work direct and 9% of them in productive work undirect.

The work’s productivity was sales of products in a sum 107.143 LEI (25.510 euro), minimum salary was 550 LEI (131           EURO), medium salary was 850 LEI (202 euro) and maximum salary was 2,000 Lei (476euro).

In works-shops the workers are in base of the work type agreement and the number of them is from 45 persons until 200 persons.

More of this legally way the company can pay productivity prim and this is the contact with the success between the Managing Board and Supervisory Board co-operation.
